Shipping
Shipping fees are included in the product prices; no additional or hidden charges apply, except for COD orders.
Orders within Lahore can be shipped via Cash on Delivery (COD).
A shipping fee applies to COD orders and will be charged before the order is processed.
The shipping fee for COD orders is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and processed (usually within 24 hours).
Products are delivered to your address within 3–5 days, excluding weekends.
Return and Refund Policy
At KPK Honey, we believe in making online shopping a wonderful experience for our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing impeccable service. That’s why we allow our customers to check their products and, if needed, request a replacement.
Return Policy Duration: Our return policy lasts 24 hours from the time of delivery. You will get a full refund excluding the order order processing fee (if order is already sent for delivery) as soon as we receive the product eligible for return. If 24 hours have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused(honey/oil not more than 50g) and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Certain items, such as Salajeet and Saffron/Zafran are exempt from our return policy.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within the expected time, please contact us at info@kpkhoney.com.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@kpkhoney.com and send your item to
