Return and Refund Policy

At KPK Honey, we believe in making online shopping a wonderful experience for our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing impeccable service. That’s why we allow our customers to check their products and, if needed, request a replacement.

Return Policy Duration: Our return policy lasts 24 hours from the time of delivery. You will get a full refund excluding the order processing fee (250 Rs – 450 Rs) as soon as we receive the product eligible for return. If 24 hours have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused(honey/oil not more than 50g) and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Certain items, such as Salajeet and Saffron/Zafran are exempt from our return policy.

Advance Payment Orders: If you have placed an order with advance payment and decide to cancel it for any reason, we will not issue a cash refund. We will only be able to deliver the order.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within the expected time, please contact us at info@kpkhoney.com.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@kpkhoney.com and send your item to
